<p>VirtuStaff is seeking an experienced and hands-on Regional Sales Manager to join its Jordan-based pre-launch team and build the company’s commercial operations ahead of its GCC launch. The role will lead a cross-country sales structure consisting of inside-sales officers in Egypt and a Business Development & Partnerships Manager in the UAE. The successful candidate will establish the sales process, manage incoming digital leads, develop the team, maintain CRM and pipeline discipline, oversee forecasts, support strategic opportunities and ensure that sales convert into paying clients, active remote-agent seats and retained recurring revenue.
