<p>Ensures the timely performance of the HR aspects of the grievance process including, but not limited to, reviewing, fact-finding, analyzing and preparing drafts and recommendations on complaints, staff cases, conflicts, grievances, requests for review, appeals, breaches and other staff related issues in accordance with established staff regulations, rules, directives, other issuances and procedures. Manages end-to-end the petitions/complaints process, ensuring that adequate study is undertaken, a fair recommendation and written reply to the petitioner s request have been met within quality standards and time frames; provides evidence and materials to support recommendations and keeps up-to date records. Supports the Head, Field Human Resources Office and other officers in staff-management relations; provides background briefings and proposes positions on issues related to staff-management relations; supports processes of informal and formal consultation with Staff Representative Bodies; provides secretariat and liaison support for relations between management and staff representatives. Assists in the provision of technical advice and policy guidance to the Head, Field Human Resources Office and Officers or managers in the field on disputes, grievances, issues of conduct and underperformance; assists in the provision of policy and procedural advice and recommendations to the Head, Field Human Resources Office, especially on misconduct and abusive conduct; assists in the provision of advice and guidance to managers on code of conduct, grievances, rights, duties and responsibilities. Provides information to the Department of Legal Affairs on appeals from Field staff, as necessary; follows up on appeals, implementation of judgments and settlements of cases; liaises with headquarters on matters related to Field staff cases; provides HQ, Field Legal Office and Field Investigations Office with staff members personnel history, files, documents and any other necessary information. Maintains and ensures consistency in imposing disciplinary measures; receives and reviews disposition of allegations of misconduct in light of a staff member s personnel history and assists the HFHRO in recommending proportionate disciplinary measures or other actions; ensures the implementation of disciplinary measures or case closure, including management intervention, for cases at the field level. Acts as secretary of the field office s Decision Review Committee, including preparing its agenda, receiving decision review requests, and collecting all necessary data for reviews; prepares initial background summaries on all received requests to be reviewed by the committee and drafts responses for DUA. Conducts awareness sessions on the Agency s Rules and Regulations, disciplinary measures system, procedure for raising complaints, grievances and appeals; responds to staff members inquiries regarding procedures for submitting complaints or initiating formal disputes with the Agency. <p>The Scheduling Engineer is responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate flight schedules and coordinating schedule updates. The position also involves handling slot management and coordination at regulated airports to ensure compliance with aviation regulations.</p>
<p><b>Duties & Responsibilities: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Organizing all passenger/cargo flights data information according to IATA standard.</li>
<li>Ensuring the accuracy of the schedule details.</li>
<li>Improving the quality of the schedule process.</li>
<li>Ensuring that the schedule is up to date in all other GDS's.</li>
<li>Coordinating with all concerned departments with regard to any schedule changes.</li>
<li>Preparing all needed data to charter flights.</li>
<li>Handling Seasonal and Ad-hoc Slot Management & Coordination for all RJ's flights, landing and departing in Level 2 and Level 3 Airports, using Sabre Software/ Slot Manager Module.</li>
<li>Coordinating with external business partners (airports, Slot coordinators, and charterers as example) to assure smooth running and implementation of the company's operations, and to ensure operations follow regulations and rules.</li>

<p>Monitors and manages the accounts for which a decision has been made by the EWS Committee, including all accounts (commercial, companies, and large corporations) that have been transferred to the Credit Processing Unit, and takes/follows up on the necessary corrective actions for these accounts.</p>
<p>Manages the relationship with clients, conducts field visits, prepares visit reports and cash flow reports in coordination with all relevant departments such as Business Development, Credit Review, and Legal Department whenever necessary, reviews all terms, agreements, and contracts, and revises the account plans, CVI, and risk ratings according to the direct supervisor's instructions.</p>
<p>Performs an audit of the early warning indicators for clients listed on the early warning lists, develops an action plan and timeline, and follows up on correcting the indicators that led to the inclusion of these accounts (account restructuring and enhancing guarantees) to help accelerate the return of the account to normal status within the Business Development departments or transfer it to Credit and Legal follow-up departments as per specified periods.</p>
<p>Modifies account coding in the banking system for purposes such as changing account manager/profitability, etc.</p>
<p>Examines client compliance with issued administrative decisions and all financial and non-financial conditions and commitments. In case of breach, submits memorandums to decision-makers that enhance the bank’s position regarding guarantees, pricing, and imposing all fees and commissions resulting from clients’ failure to meet all conditions and requirements outlined in the administrative decisions.</p>
<p>Prepares periodic reports to the EWS Committee, including updates on progress in the action plan, detailing the determinants and commitments related to studying the removal of accounts listed within the Credit Processing Unit and their return to the business portfolio or direct transfer to the legal department.</p>
<p>Serves as an original/alternate member within the business continuity plan and emergency teams assigned to him/her, executing all required tasks according to the plan to minimize crisis impacts and resume operations as quickly as possible.</p>
<h4>Requirements</h4>

<li>University degree in Administrative Sciences, Banking, or any related field.</li>
<li>Practical experience of no less than five (5) years in various banking functions, including three (3) years in credit facilities.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of English.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of policies and procedures governing work and their updates (internal and external).</li>
<li>Ability to analyze clients’ financial data, study the client’s financial position, and make credit decisions based on that information.</li>
<li>Full knowledge of the services and products offered by the bank.</li>
<li>Knowledge of technical and legal aspects related to various credit facilities provided by the bank.</li>
<li>Practical and technical knowledge of laws related to corporate finance, documentation and verification, corporate law, bankruptcy, insolvency, and liquidation.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the banking market, different market sectors, and existing economic conditions within the market scope.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the instructions, laws, and regulations of the Central Bank of Jordan.</li>
