If you're passionate about technology and enjoy mentoring others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on .NET technologies.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.</li><li>Strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Angular frameworks.</li><li>Understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and experience with cloud development practices.</li><li>Proficient in designing and implementing scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices.</li><li>Experience with SQL Server and other database technologies.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and its practical application in software architecture and development.</li></ul>
