The project aims to improve employment perspectives in Jordan, especially for young women, in green, technical and creative sectors. <p>FURSATI works at system, school, community and labour-market level. It supports gender-responsive TVET reform, practice-oriented BTEC education, social norm change around women’s employment, and women’s transition into work. </p>
