The engineer will gradually assume responsibility for resolving software defects, modifying workflows, developing new features, managing integrations, supporting releases and maintaining the platform’s day-to-day technical performance.</p><p>The role also includes supporting and improving VirtuStaff’s AI-enabled features, including candidate screening, profile analysis, candidate-to-role matching and workflow automation. These are practical product-level AI functions rather than advanced artificial-intelligence research.
