<li>Ability to drive recommendations and advisory on the application of AI, automation and digital enablement solutions with clients to optimize finance operations, enhance decision making and deliver sustainable cost and efficiency improvements.</li>
<li>Good understanding in digital finance and ERP implementation methodologies through proven experience of SAP or Oracle implementation projects, including BRDs, processes as per the ERP standard process, understanding key modules and standard functionalities.</li>
<li>Solid experience in preparing and designing dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to visualize key metrics and support clients in generating and designing financial reports and dashboards.</li>
<li>Ability to develop/upskill team members to transform finance talent into a sustainable workforce.</li>
<li>Reduce finance function costs through new technologies, disruptive technologies and automation.</li>

<p>The Tax Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for executing the tax process and assisting in the preparation of tax returns across all countries of the group.</p>

Any Other Duties</u></strong></p><br> <p>The Project Officer will:</p><br> <ul> <li>Contribute to the preparation of concept notes, technical inputs, and background information to support resource mobilization initiatives within the Climate and Energy Pillar, as requested. </li> <li>Participate in technical meetings, consultations, workshops, and missions relevant to the Climate and Energy portfolio, as assigned by the supervisor. </li> <li>Perform other project-related duties that are consistent with the level and scope of the position and reasonably assigned by the Programme Analyst.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Institutional Arrangement:</strong></p><br> <p>The Project Officer will be based at the UNDP Jordan Country Office in Amman and will report directly to the Programme Analyst.</p><br> <p>Under the overall supervision of the Programme Analyst, the incumbent will support the implementation and coordination of project activities in close collaboration with the Project Management Unit (PMU), implementing partners, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.</p><br> <p>The Project Officer will provide day-to-day technical coordination and guidance to project consultants, contractors, interns, and service providers assigned to project activities, including monitoring workplans, reviewing technical deliverables, facilitating coordination, and reporting implementation progress to the supervisor.
