Monitors / observes and controls the windsurfers, sailors and sea bikes while out on the sea. Supervises and organises rescue of windsurfers, sailing boats or sea bikes if needed. Is responsible to ensure that all Water Sport Activities / Pool activities are executed accordingly to the RSA Manual safety procedures (Life or Floatation Devises must be worn etc). Is responsible that safety rules and regulations are posted at the pool centre. Is responsible for a temporary replacement while going to the bathroom and for lunch or breaks etc. Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and posture oh himself/herself and all personnel involved in the life saving operations. The programme is expected to support both the Government of Jordan and the private sector through two complementary areas of work:</p><br><p>· Macro-level advisory support to maintain macroeconomic stability, improve debt management, and reduce fiscal pressures; and</p><br><p>· Micro-level Market Systems Development (MSD) interventions in selected sectors to foster productive, inclusive private-sector-led growth. <p>The UN Secretary-General launched on 1 January 2019 a bold and new global reform which repositioned the UN Development System to deliver more effectively and efficiently with the achievement of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. As part of this reform, UN Resident Coordinator Offices (UN RCO), under the leadership of an empowered and independent UN Resident Coordinator - the highest-ranking official of the UN Development System and Representative of the UN Secretary-General at country level - support countries in the achievement of their development priorities and the attainment of the SDG's. In its Resolution A/RES/72/279, the United Nations General Assembly endorsed the transformation of the Development Operations Coordination Office (DCO) as a stand-alone coordination office within the United Nations Secretariat. <p>the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Employment in Jordan 2030 Project (EJ2030) is implemented by the “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH” in close cooperation with its political partner the Ministry of Labour (MoL) and other national partners.</p>
<p>In cooperation with the Ministry of Labour, the project aims to strengthen Jordan’s employment system through three interlinked areas of intervention. First, it supports evidence-based labour market policies by developing a comprehensive policy cycle, establishing a Labour Market Information System (LMIS), and assessing the impact of existing employment measures and systems.
