Anera delivers programs in education, health, economic development and emergency relief, working closely with local partners and communities.</p><p><br></p><p><b>2. Project Background</b></p><p>Anera is implementing the Gaza Patient Support Program in Jordan as a holistic intervention that seeks to accompany evacuated patients and their families through treatment, recovery, and displacement with dignity. The program addresses urgent and overlapping needs across medical care, psychosocial support, protection, living conditions, and education, recognizing that families arriving from Gaza are carrying not only serious health needs, but also trauma, disruption, and profound uncertainty about the future. Based on the profiling assessment Anera conducted in December 2025, education emerged as one of the highest-priority needs among evacuated children and their families.</p><p>The Anera Educational Program supports children from Gaza who have been evacuated to Jordan to receive medical treatment and are currently residing in temporary accommodation. <p><h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<p>The designee is responsible for maintaining situational awareness of airfield activities and overall responsibility for AMOPS section while on duty to provide a safe, efficient, and effective airfield environment for aircraft operations. The designee performs airfield inspections and checks for safety and compliance with planning and design criteria. Plans, organizes, and directs airfield activities to include airfield construction/repairs, airfield driving program, ice/snow removal operations, bird/wildlife control, etc. Procures, maintains, and produces information on safe operation of aircraft through the national and international airspace system such as flight information publications, aeronautical charts and maps, NOTAM, local airfield and navigational aid status, and weather information. Process domestic and international flight plans. Coordinates with base agencies to meet aircrew requirements for billeting, messing, refueling, transportation, and transient aircraft maintenance.</p>
<h4>Minimum position knowledge, skills, and abilities required:</h4>
<p>Graduate of an approved DoD/Airfield Managers course or equivalent and aviation related experience as aircrew/dispatcher/flight follower with a 14 CFR Part 121 or 14 CFR Part 135 operator.</p>

<p>The designee is responsible for maintaining situational awareness of airfield activities and overall responsibility for AMOPS section while on duty to provide a safe, efficient, and effective airfield environment for aircraft operations. The designee performs airfield inspections and checks for safety and compliance with planning and design criteria.
