<p><p>The designee shall be qualified to install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. Performs scheduled periodic maintenance and seasonal overhaul on systems and components to ensure maximum efficiency. Performs planning activities and facility surveys. Manages HVAC/R fuel emissions and refrigerant handling programs and activities to support various ACCOM systems identified in Table 6.1. Suites of Systems and Support Equipment.</p>

<p><h4>Job Description</h4>
<p>Employee will be part of the deployment pool and will be required to support deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations, as required. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules. Member will perform and inspect organizational and intermediate level electronic maintenance and modifications on RPA systems and support equipment, as required. Lastly, this position requires an individual that can apply basic technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting Air Force technical orders, manufacturers’ manuals/instructions or similar documents through the usage of test equipment/instruments to affect repairs.</p>
<p>USAF equivalent position is Avionics Technician Apprentice.</p>

<p>Essential Responsibilities: The designee shall be qualified to maintain, modify, and repair electrical power generating and control systems, automatic transfer switches, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC) systems, and associated equipment. Performs scheduled periodic maintenance on systems and components, and adjusts systems to maintain proper voltage, refrigerant levels, current, frequency, and synchronization. Identifies, repairs, and records malfunctions by removing, repairing, and or replacing defective components. The designee shall maintain systems such as, but not limited to Cummins generator series' DGDK, DSGAB, DGBB, C15D6, C35D6 125D6D, MEPP series 1050, 1070A, PP- 3106A and utilize Cummins Inpower software for diagnostics. This designee shall be qualified to work from blueprints, drawings, and operating a variety of electrician s hand tools and testing instruments. <p>The Reconstructive Surgery Hospital provides specialized surgical and rehabilitation care, with an average of 550 admissions and over 1,000 surgeries annually. The facility has 72 surgical beds and 126 rehabilitation beds, as well as two operating theatres dedicated to orthopedic, maxillofacial, and plastic reconstructive surgeries. The hospital also includes an outpatient department (OPD) providing an average of 550 consultations per month, physiotherapy and psychosocial support services, and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) activities, including Antimicrobial Stewardship, Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), and a microbiology laboratory.</p>

<h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>

<li>Performs warehousing and support program duties in support of maintenance operations within the site at the comprehensive level.</li>
<li>Assists in verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and damages.</li>
<li>Routes materials and parts to prescribed storage locations and/or facilities as needed for operational support.</li>
<li>Stores, stacks, or palletizes materials and/or equipment in accordance with applicable technical guidelines.</li>
