Shall be able to debug electrical wiring diagrams and circuits.</li><li>MECHANICAL: Principles of Mechanical systems and related Physics including Power, Torque, and Heating and Cooling.</li><li>COMPUTER: Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows computers and networks, covering: (a) Operating system and Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; (b) Good understanding of computer networks, with emphasis on TCP/IP v4, IP addresses, and subnets. Configuring WiFi and Ethernet LAN; (c) Good working knowledge with Windows Command Prompt.</li><li>COMMUNICATIONS: Excellent communication skills with Seethru team members, suppliers, and customers. Given the nature of the business, most communications shall be in English.</li><li>TEAM PLAY: Shall be a team player, treating fellow team members with mutual respect.</li><li>TRAINING: Shall be able to train customer on Seethru technologies in Jordan and abroad.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>3 RELEVANT EXPERIENCE</p><p>Two (or more) years of relevant experience is highly desired but may be substituted with strong academic credentials and understanding of the required skills above.</p><p>3.1 ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE</p><p>Experience in these areas is not a must, but a strong plus: HVAC, Induction Motors and Motor Drive Controllers, Control Systems, Serial Communications (RS485, RS232, Modbus), PLCs, Teaching, and CCTV Camera Systems.</p><p><br></p><p>4 COMPENSATION</p><p>We offer competitive compensation packages, which will be determined based on skills and experience.</p><p><br></p><p>5 JOB DUTIES</p><p>As a Technical Support Engineer, travel inside or outside Jordan is expected to support customers. The job duties include the following:</p><ol><li>Support the operations activities in Jordan including Electrical, Mechanical, and Software.</li><li>Respond to customer technical inquires, support diagnostic and resolution of customer technical issues. Support may be performed remotely or may require travel to customer sites.</li><li>Support installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.</li><li>Provide technical training to customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.</li><li>Perform Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT).</li></ol></div>
