<h4>About the role</h4>
<p>Our Communication/Reservation Agent promotes the hotel and provides information to prospective guests, converts incoming calls into confirmed bookings, and coordinates all details related to each reservation.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>

<li>Answer phone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions.</li>
<li>Take telephone, email, and fax reservations enquiries.</li>

<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong> </p>
<p>The Roving HR Officer provides Human Resource support for the HR department. This role will be responsible for HR operational oversight of key HR functions including Talent Acquisition and management, Staff Relations, and Performance Management support etc.</p>

<p><strong>MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<li>Act as the primary HR focal point during scheduled rotations or urgent deployments to Zaatari Camp, Azraq Camp, or any other assigned operation sites.</li>
<li>Provide direct, accessible HR services to field-based staff, national employees, and incentive-based volunteers (IBVs), addressing inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and contracts.</li>

<p><h4>Position summary</h4>
<p>Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property. Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, which may include pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center. Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facilities intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members. Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency.</p>
<p>Provide cashier services when working in facilities that include point of sales transactions. Assist when hosting private functions within the recreation facilities with group activities and events. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager. Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services. Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies.</p>
<p>Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
