assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education and work experience.</li><li>8+ years of hands-on experience in software quality control/testing, with at least 3 4 years in a lead or supervisory role.</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end).</li><li>2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation (framework development, scripting, CI/CD integration).</li><li>Professional certification such as ISTQB-CTFL or ISTQB-CTAL.</li><li>Proven hands-on experience executing both manual testing (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end) and test automation (framework development, scripting, CI/CD integration).</li><li>Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar) with the ability to write, debug, and maintain automation code.</li><li>Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).</li><li>Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering complete testing artifacts (test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, defect reports, test summary reports).</li><li>Track record of owning UAT cycles and driving them to successful completion.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to personally identify bugs, analyse root causes, and drive resolution.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, phases, and approaches, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with QC, development, and business groups.</li><li>Ability to multi-task, triage issues, react well to changes, and work independently or in a team setting in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent
