You'll produce the video and animation that carries our social and product storytelling, and you'll support graphic design across the rest of our work. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who wants volume, range, and ownership, not a strategy seat. The programme is covering the full mandate of HI emergency, mine action and development with a strong focus on continuum and resilience. The program has a total volume expected for 2026 of 12M Euros with 300 staff. The main sectors of intervention are integrated rehabilitation and MHPSS, inclusive education, Economic inclusion including basic needs and economic recovery), Humanitarian mines actions and Inclusive Humanitarian Actions/Inclusive governance. Education is one of the core sector of intervention in most of the countries within the region. HI currently implements inclusive education projects in Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, while seeking to develop interventions in Egypt. In Syria, HI is supporting Education in Emergencies (EiE) partners (international INGOs and local NGOs) to make their EiE intervention inclusive of children with disabilities, through a mix approach of technical capacity building to partners and direct operational support to children with disabilities and their caregivers.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>YOUR MISSION: </b></p><p><br></p><p>Based on the evolution of the context in the region, the Regional Rehabilitation Specialist will have to support the development of the Operational strategy and the revision of the sectorial strategy developed in the previous years to be adapted to the evolution of the context, especially in Lebanon. Job Purpose<p>To provide a quality service to customers in respect to check-in, boarding, special services, baggage services, ticket desk and Emirates Lounge as per the criteria set forth by the Company's commercial, safety and security policies, standards and procedures. Ensure all operational criteria are completed within specified time frames as per applicable procedures.</p><br><br><ul><li>Identify and meet the standard and special service requirements of the customers at check-in, transfer desk, special services and boarding gates by adhering to the set service standards and procedures so that the customers are handled in a friendly and efficient manner.<br></li><li>Adhere to the internal operating boarding procedures by ensuring that laid down boarding priorities, announcements, hand baggage removal, regular staff briefing and stationary/equipment availability before the flight. Post the flight, ensure flight coupon reconciliation and head count confirmation is in order to assist the smooth process of a safe and on time departure of EK flights in order to achieve EK standards and customer satisfaction.<br></li><li>Guide and advise team members to ensure that superior customer service levels are upheld and assist the process of ensuring the safe and on-time departure of EK flights.<br></li><li>To liaise and monitor the Emirates Chauffeur drive company on arrival and departure. The role is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business, clinical, and functional requirements; conducting business process analysis and Fit-Gap assessments; developing functional specifications and other product documentation; and ensuring that proposed solutions align with UNRWA’s operational and clinical workflows. The Business Analyst will also support solution design, review system configurations, coordinate business validation activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitate the resolution of functional issues.
