<p>The Group Head of Accounting owns the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the group's financial records across a multinational, multi-entity SaaS and FinTech business. The role supports group consolidation, IFRS-compliant financial reporting, and the external audit process. Based in Amman, it provides dedicated support to the group's operations in KSA while overseeing accounting across all entities. The HASM will develop and implement humanitarian access and security management plans in compliance with IRC policies and in alignment with the humanitarian principles. The role sits within the Shared Services Unit (SSU) which provides essential support to all IRC entities based in Jordan.
