<p><br></p><p>Organizational Context and Scope IOM is the only international inter-governmental agency with a specific mandate for migration and is dedicated to promoting humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all. It does so by providing technical expertise to support governments, migrants and host communities through a wide range of sustainable solutions contributing to end forced migration and/or improve displacement conditions. In Jordan, IOM works with the Jordanian Government and a range of partners to assist migrants in need, promote migrants rights, and respond to growing migration management challenges. IOM also participates in inter-agency coordinated humanitarian and resilience responses to the diverse impacts of the Syria crisis. Within the IOM Jordan Mission, the Programme Support Unit (PSU) is a cross-sectoral unit working closely with all thematic units to support the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of projects and other initiatives. The unit coordinates closely with HQ and regional colleagues, as well as external counterparts and donors to support quality and well-coordinated programming and oversight. This includes supporting the implementation and monitoring of the mission-wide IOM Jordan strategy. Under the overall supervision of the Head of Programmes and the direct supervision of the Programme Support Unit Officer, and in close coordination with the Project Support Unit Coordinator, the Senior Programme Support Associate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of programming across projects and programmes in OPT.</p><p>Support PSU in research and drafting of project proposals, and in preparing for meetings with PMs and donors. Provide timely inputs to the IOM project management system (PRIMA) in support of the project development process. Support the PSU in maintaining information tools required to track service delivery and identify gaps, including reports, mapping, spreadsheets, and others as required. Support budget monitoring and timely implementation of projects by helping to organize the collection, processing, analysis, documentation of project data for reporting purposes, and by contributing to a systematic approach in data management, monitoring and evaluation. Assist in drafting and coordinating communications and advocacy products, such as talking points, briefs, newsletters, presentations, and key messages, as required. <p>Aerostat Operators provide Operations and Sustainment (O&S) support for the Persistent Surveillance Systems Tethered (PSS-T) program in OCONUS site locations. PSS-T is comprised of former Persistent Ground Surveillance System (PGSS) and Persistent Threat Detection System (PTDS) programs. Position will require 6-week training TDY to Elizabeth City, South Carolina.</p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>Essential Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Aerostat Operators/User-level maintainers will participate in the overall, hands-on operation of the aerostat system including launch, in-flight, recovery, and moored activities. Candidates will perform all functions to operate the PGSS/PTDS, an aerostat mounted Intelligence, Surveillance, And Reconnaissance (ISR) platform, its Mobile Mooring Platform (MMP), Sensor Payload(s), communications and navigation systems as well as associated support equipment (Boom Lift, Forklift, All Terrain Vehicles (ATV's), and Electrical Power Generators). <p>Médecins du Monde (MdM) France is strengthening its communication capacity at country and regional levels to support visibility, donor engagement, fundraising and advocacy. In this context, MdM France is seeking to engage a Communication Consultant under a service contract to develop and operationalize communication priorities and produce high-quality, adaptable content aligned with organizational standards and the Gulf Strategy.</p>
<p><strong>2. Objective of the Assignment</strong></p>
<p>The objective of the assignment is to support the development and implementation of MdM’s annual regional communication plan and to produce, adapt, and manage high-quality communication content for donor engagement, fundraising, reporting, advocacy, and institutional visibility, with particular attention to Gulf-based audiences and stakeholders.</p>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, media, public relations or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven professional experience in communications, journalism, media production or content development, preferably with humanitarian or development contexts.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in photography, filming, video editing and the production of high-quality communication materials.</li>
<li>Experience managing social media accounts and pages, including content planning, publishing, audience engagement and performance analysis.</li>
<li>Experience coordinating content collection from field locations in collaboration with internal programme teams, country offices and external contractors.</li>
<li>Experience planning and supporting communication-related events and visibility activities.</li>

The project aims to strengthen the leadership capacities of local partner organizations through equitable, multi-annual partnerships grounded in the priorities and aspirations of those organizations. It integrates three mutually reinforcing streams: organizational capacity strengthening, direct funding, and meaningful participation. The project pursues two overarching objectives: • Protection of refugees and internally displaced persons, delivered through In-Country Partners (ICPs) • Expanded access to education and training for displaced populations and host communities, delivered through In-Country Partners WCA (as Support Partner) is working alongside four local organizations that operate across different locations in Jordan and have varying institutional capacities. Together, the consortium will deliver project outcomes through a locally driven, multi-sector approach applying a comprehensive, evidence-based methodology that addresses child protection, mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), and education needs for both refugee and host communities. To ensure effective oversight and management of these partnership arrangements, WCA is seeking the services of an experienced Partnership Consultant.</p><p>The primary objective of this consultancy is to provide structured support to War Child's In-Country Partners, strengthen their organizational and programmatic capacities, and ensure robust oversight of partnership arrangements under the Building Resilient Futures project.
