Backed by EBRD and trusted by 800+ companies across 150+ countries, RemotePass is the platform that gives businesses the infrastructure to hire anyone, anywhere - and gives workers in emerging markets the financial tools and global access they deserve.

RemotePass is the only platform that combines Employer of Record, contractor management, direct employment, and corporate spend cards in a single product - rated 4.8/5 on G2, trusted by Spotify, Logitech, and Deloitte, and operating across 150+ countries.

We are backed by leading global investors, including Oraseya Capital, Endeavor Catalyst, Khwarizmi Ventures, Flyer One Ventures, Access Bridge Ventures, A15, Swiss Founders Fund, and Plug & Play.

The role

We're looking for a multimedia designer who lives in motion. You'll produce the video and animation that carries our social and product storytelling, and you'll support graphic design across the rest of our work. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who wants volume, range, and ownership, not a strategy seat. You'll work closely with our Social, Product Marketing, and Brand leads, and alongside our existing designer.

We're going into a rebrand, and you'll help bring that new identity to life across formats. We want someone who thinks social-first, moves quickly, and brings genuine creative instinct rather than waiting to be art-directed on everything.

What you'll do

Produce motion graphics and animations for social, product, and campaigns (at least one polished animation per week)

Edit and finish video content, including talking-head and person-featuring videos for social and product

Edit product videos and demos to a high quality bar

Design static assets across social, paid, blog, and landing pages when needed

Help adapt and roll out our new brand identity across all asset types as the rebrand lands

Turn briefs from Social, PMM, and Brand into finished work, and contribute your own creative ideas

Support the September product launch asset refresh

Requirements

What we're looking for

3 to 5 years producing motion graphics and video in a brand, agency, or in-house team

Strong Adobe After Effects (license will be provided) and video editing skills; comfortable end to end from brief to export

Solid graphic design fundamentals across digital formats

A social-first eye, you understand what makes content stop the scroll

Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken

Fast, organised, and able to juggle multiple briefs without dropping quality

Comfortable using AI tools in your workflow to move faster

Familiarity with Figma and AI-assisted design workflows

Portfolio: A motion reel (3+ minutes), 2-3 social examples, one product/demo example (if available)

Benefits

Why join RemotePass?

Remote-first culture: We don’t just sell remote work; we live it. Enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere.

About the internship

We are looking for a creative and passionate game artist intern to join our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, contributing to the creation of in-game art, UI assets, and marketing materials. You'll gain hands-on experience and collaborate with talented professionals while learning about the mobile gaming industry's art production pipeline.

We're looking for a game artist intern to join our creative department and grow into a versatile, multi-surface artist. You'll work alongside our game artists, marketing artists, and brand designer on real shipping work across our game portfolio UI screens, localization assets, in-game promos, and brand support.

This internship is built for someone with strong design fundamentals, a curious eye, and the discipline to learn fast across very different visual languages. You won't be doing busywork—you'll be shipping assets that players actually see, with mentorship from the team.

What you'll do:

Assist on in-game assets across multiple titles: UI elements, icons, illustrations, event art, and in-game social assets, under the guidance of game artist.

Get exposure to diverse visual languages - stylized casual, anime MMORPG, medieval SLG, and traditional card-game aesthetics.

Contribute to mood boards, references, and visual exploration during feature pre-production.

Support Arabic adaptation passes: RTL layout adjustments, Arabic typography, and text-in-image localization.

Build a strong eye for what reads as authentically Arabic vs. mechanically translated.

Help produce promotional art for LiveOps events, seasonal moments (Ramadan, Eid, National Day), and feature launches.

Assist the brand designer on pitch decks, event identity, social-media assets, and internal comms visuals.

Learn to apply brand guidelines consistently across touchpoints.

What you'll need:

A portfolio showcasing your artistic skills and passion for art (academic or personal projects).

AI fluency is required, not optional - you should already be using AI image, ideation, or workflow tools in your practice and able to show examples of how they've sharpened your output.

Curiosity, a high taste bar, and the ability to take feedback without ego.

Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.

Basic understanding of visual design principles like color theory, composition, and layout.

Familiarity with mobile games and a passion for gaming.

Why join Tamatem

Ship real assets seen by millions of players across MENA - not internship busywork.

Learn from a senior, multidisciplinary creative team in a department where craft and AI fluency are equally valued.

Grow into a game artist role with real ownership across game art, UI/UX, localization, and brand.
