<p>Role Summary The Procurement & Logistics Officer will support Siren s Procurement Department at Headquarters in the planning, coordination, and implementation of procurement and logistics activities, with particular responsibility for supporting Siren s operations and programmes in Jordan. Starting Date : ASAP Location : Amman, Jordan COUNTRY PROFILE The humanitarian situation in the occupied Palestinian territories (oPt) has reached dire levels, particularly in the Gaza Strip, where ongoing hostilities have resulted in mass displacement, the collapse of basic services, and a near-total breakdown of civilian infrastructure. With 2.1 million people affected, access to food, water, healthcare, and shelter remains critically limited. The scale of destruction and access constraints have created an environment where humanitarian needs far exceed available resources. Together, these dynamics have driven acute and widespread humanitarian needs. Against this backdrop, IMPACT Initiatives is planning a range of research activities to support an evidence- and needs-based humanitarian response. In 2026, IMPACT will conduct a number of cash and market assessments in order to better inform the response as it responds to the post ceasefire context. POSITION PROFILE Under the line management of the Research Manager, the Senior Assessment Officer is jointly responsible for the implementation of REACH s Shelter and Site Management assessments, including the preparation, data collection, analysis, drafting, dissemination, and evaluation stages. The primary assessment sitting under the SAO will be the Comprehensive Shelter Needs Assessment and associated Joint Analysis Workshop. <strong>QHSE Officer (Field Operations) – UAE<br></strong><br>Location: United Arab Emirates<br>Employment Type: Full-time<br>Experience Level: Junior<br>Salary: Up to AED 5,000 per month<br><strong>About MASE</strong><br>MASE is a leading provider of power services across the MENA region. We are looking for a proactive and safety-focused QHSE Officer to support our growing field operations across the UAE.<br>This is a field-based position responsible for implementing and maintaining MASE's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) standards across operational sites. The successful candidate will serve as the primary on-site QHSE representative, ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br><ul><li>Conduct daily site QHSE inspections using MASE standard inspection checklists.</li><li>Identify unsafe acts and conditions and issue Safety Observation Reports, Violation Notices, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required.</li><li>Verify compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) requirements before high-risk, non-routine, and hot work activities.</li><li>Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees and subcontractors.</li><li>Verify competency certifications before personnel mobilization, including Work at Height, Scaffolding, First Aid and other required competencies.</li><li>Maintain the site HSE Equipment Register, including inspection schedules and expiry tracking.</li><li>Deliver site inductions, daily toolbox talks, and safety briefings.</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports within required timelines.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly QHSE performance reports.</li><li>Support internal audits, ISO management system audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections.</li><li>Promote a positive safety culture across all project sites.<br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Requirements<br></strong><br><ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline.</li><li>NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) (mandatory).</li><li>Minimum one year of field HSE experience.</li><li>Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).</li><li>Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong technical report writing abilities.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br></strong><br><ul><li>OSHA, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent certifications.</li><li>First Aid and Firefighting certifications.</li><li>Work at Height and Scaffolding awareness or inspection training.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE occupational health and safety regulations.</li><li>Experience working within ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.</li></ul><strong>Preferred Candidate Profile</strong><br><ul><li>Nationality: Pakistani or Indian.</li><li>Willing to travel regularly between project sites across the UAE.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.</li><li>Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with site teams and management.</li><li>Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented.</li></ul>If you are passionate about safety and want to build your career with one of the region's leading power service providers, we encourage you to apply.<br> </div>

<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Lock property entrances when required. Conduct daily physical hazard inspections. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Defuse guest/employee disturbances. Call for outside assistance if necessary. Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents. Handle all interruptions and complaints. Resolve safety hazard situations. Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts. Call for assistance using proper code responses. Complete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report. Maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; release information only to authorized individuals. Conduct investigations and gather evidence. Conduct interviews with relevant parties.<br>Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
