<p>The Senior Sales Executive – Microsoft Solutions & Licensing is responsible for driving revenue growth across ZainTECH’s Microsoft cloud, licensing, AI, and security portfolio. The role focuses on positioning Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, and Microsoft Copilot solutions while supporting customers in their cloud transformation, AI adoption, and licensing optimization journeys.</p>
<p>Working closely with Sales, Presales, Delivery, Microsoft Alliance teams, distributors, and customer stakeholders, the role combines consultative solution selling with strong commercial and licensing expertise. The Senior Sales Executive plays a key role in pipeline generation, customer acquisition, account growth, renewals, and expansion initiatives across enterprise and mid-market customers.</p>
<h4>Responsibilities:</h4>
<p><strong>Business development & revenue growth</strong><br>
Drive revenue growth across Microsoft cloud and licensing solutions including: Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Security solutions, Microsoft Copilot, and Modern Workplace solutions<br>
Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market customers<br>
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through customer engagement, account expansion, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, Microsoft ecosystem collaboration<br>
Achieve assigned revenue, licensing, and cloud consumption targets</p>
<p><strong>Microsoft licensing & commercial advisory</strong><br>
Advise customers on Microsoft licensing programs and commercial agreements including CSP, Enterprise Agreements (EA), subscription-based licensing models<br>
Support customers in optimizing license consumption, cloud adoption, commercial alignment, renewal planning<br>
Ensure compliance with Microsoft licensing policies, commercial frameworks, and partner program requirements<br>
Support customers throughout the full licensing lifecycle including renewals, expansion, optimization, consumption growth</p>
<p><strong>Microsoft Copilot & AI solution positioning</strong><br>
Drive Microsoft Copilot and AI transformation initiatives across customer environments<br>
Identify customer use cases and business opportunities for AI productivity solutions, automation initiatives, modern workplace transformation<br>
Position Microsoft Copilot value propositions aligned with customer business objectives and operational outcomes<br>
Support customer enablement and adoption activities to maximize utilization and long-term value realization</p>
<p><strong>Customer engagement & solution selling</strong><br>
Act as a trusted advisor by translating customer business and technical requirements into suitable Microsoft cloud and licensing solutions<br>
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions<br>
Support customers in understanding cloud transformation, security, productivity, and AI adoption strategies<br>
Build and maintain strong relationships with: customer stakeholders, Microsoft representatives, distributors and ecosystem partners</p>
<p><strong>Presales & cross-functional collaboration</strong><br>
Support presales activities including solution positioning, proposal development, customer presentations, demonstrations and workshops<br>
Work closely with sales teams, presales teams, delivery teams, Microsoft Alliance teams, partner ecosystem stakeholders<br>
Contribute to opportunity qualification, pipeline acceleration, and successful deal closure activities<br>
Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery following deal closure</p>
<p><strong>Pipeline management & reporting</strong><br>
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, opportunity tracking, and pipeline reporting activities<br>
Develop and manage account development plans aligned with business growth objectives<br>
Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging Microsoft technologies to identify new business opportunities<br>
Ensure strong CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy across all assigned opportunities and accounts</p>
<h4>Requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud sales, software licensing, enterprise technology sales, ICT or cloud solution environments</li>
<li>Proven experience selling Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Security solutions, Microsoft Copilot, cloud and subscription-based services</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing models, CSP and EA agreements, cloud consumption and licensing optimization, AI and productivity transformation initiatives</li>
<li>Experience supporting presales activities, proposal development, customer presentations and demonstrations</li>
<li>Experience working with Microsoft partners, distributors, enterprise customers is highly preferred</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field</li>
<li>Microsoft certifications are considered an advantage, including Microsoft Fundamentals certifications, Azure certifications, Microsoft Security certifications, Microsoft Modern Work certifications</li>

<p>The designee is responsible for maintaining situational awareness of airfield activities and overall responsibility for AMOPS section while on duty to provide a safe, efficient, and effective airfield environment for aircraft operations. The designee performs airfield inspections and checks for safety and compliance with planning and design criteria. Plans, organizes, and directs airfield activities to include airfield construction/repairs, airfield driving program, ice/snow removal operations, bird/wildlife control, etc. Procures, maintains, and produces information on safe operation of aircraft through the national and international airspace system such as flight information publications, aeronautical charts and maps, NOTAM, local airfield and navigational aid status, and weather information. Process domestic and international flight plans. Coordinates with base agencies to meet aircrew requirements for billeting, messing, refueling, transportation, and transient aircraft maintenance.</p>
<h4>Minimum position knowledge, skills, and abilities required:</h4>
<p>Graduate of an approved DoD/Airfield Managers course or equivalent and aviation related experience as aircrew/dispatcher/flight follower with a 14 CFR Part 121 or 14 CFR Part 135 operator.</p>
<p>Four (4) years of experience to include the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Duties including supervision and coordination between air-traffic control and maintenance personnel, dispatching, implementing and enforcing airfield safety procedures;</li>

The designee coordinates with various controllers and personnel to relay information which pertains to the aircraft and in the interest of safety of flight including emergency information. The individual is responsible for vehicles and personnel operating on the airfield. Along with controlling aircraft the designee must be able to process flight plans, and supervise approach, departure, and arrival procedures. The designee will have a full working knowledge of control tower operations and flight planning and a fundamental knowledge of radar/manual approach control operations.</p>
<h4>Minimum position knowledge, skills, and abilities required:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an approved DoD or FAA ATC course.</li>
<li>Eight (8) years of experience, one (1) year of experience must be from performing in a like type facility.</li>
<li>Knowledge of ATC rules, regulations, and techniques; control tower and approach control operations.</li>
<li>Shall hold one of the following tower certifications: FAA Control Tower Operator (CTO) certificate, FAA or AOV Credential with Tower rating, or equivalent.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Class II Medical Certificate.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain a US CENTCOM Medical Exam.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.</li>
