<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. <p><b>YOUR MISSION: </b>Reporting to the Country Director (CD), as Operations Manager you ensure the effective implementation, quality, and coherence of HI s Palestine programme. You provide strategic and operational leadership, directly supervise Area Managers and the EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) Chief of Operation (CoO), and coordinate closely with technical and support teams. The role supports compliance with donor requirements, promotes harmonized tools and practices, and strengthens project management capacities. You also contribute to strategic planning, risk mitigation, and the integration of cross-cutting priorities. HI has not been able to deploy international team members since January 2026 due to registration issues and access constraints. Due to the current difficulties in obtaining an authorization to enter Gaza, it is possible that the selected candidate will have to carry out all their mission from Amman. This situation is beyond our control and beyond the responsibility of our organization. West Bank: The situation remains volatile and unpredictable, with frequent clashes between Israeli forces and Palestinians, particularly during military raids in refugee camps and urban areas. Movement restrictions, checkpoints, and closures continue to impact civilian life and humanitarian access. HI is not able to deploy international team members in the West Bank due to registration issues and access constraints. <span>Publishing Manager (L2) Role Overview As an Associate Publishing Manager at Tamatem, you will own the publishing strategy and execution for a live title or support an existing manager.<br> This role sits at the intersection of marketing, community, and product, ensuring our games resonate with players, reach the right audiences, and achieve strong commercial performance.<br> You will take responsibility for day-to-day publishing operations, GTM planning, and player engagement, working cross-functionally to ensure campaigns, liveops, and content align with both player needs and company goals.<br> Key Responsibilities Game Launch & GTM Drive go-to-market strategies for assigned titles, ensuring campaigns are localized, creative, and aligned with target player groups.<br> Publishing Operations Own day-to-day publishing execution (liveops calendars, event launches, campaign tracking).<br> Collaborate with external product managers or developers to ensure publishing plans complement in-game features and updates.<br> Community & Player Insights Work with community managers to engage players and gather, structure and surfacing player feedback.<br> Translate player insights into actionable publishing strategies.<br> Market & Commercial Awareness Monitor competitor launches and market trends in the MENA region.<br> Benchmarking features, pricing, and market trends.<br> Support revenue optimization through pricing, promotions, and offer design.<br> Cross-Functional Collaboration Align with UA, creative, localization, and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.<br> Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners (where applicable).<br> Requirements 2–5 years of experience in game publishing, product marketing, or related roles.<br> Experience executing marketing or publishing campaigns for digital products, preferably mobile games.<br> Strong understanding of player behavior, market trends, and community dynamics in MENA.<br> Solid project management skills: ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and deliver on deadlines.<br> Someone who gets things done.<br> Bilingual in Arabic and English.<br> Core Competencies Owns features or publishing areas within a product.<br> Collaborates across teams to shape publishing strategy and create marketing plans.<br> Analytical mindset; ability to track KPIs and adjust strategies based on data.<br> Takes initiative in driving GTM execution with measurable impact.<br> Builds solid understanding of game market performance and player needs.<br> 2–5 years of experience in game publishing, product marketing, or related roles.<br> Experience executing marketing or publishing campaigns for digital products, preferably mobile games.<br> Strong understanding of player behavior, market trends, and community dynamics in MENA.<br> Solid project management skills: ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and deliver on deadlines.<br> Someone who gets things done.<br> Bilingual in Arabic and English.<br></span> </div>
