<p ><strong>Scope of Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Carry out maintenance and small repairs on MSF’s premises and infrastructures (offices , apartments etc.)</li>
<li>Carry out interventions as indicated by the direct supervisor, insourced or outsourced.</li>
<li>Other request related to the maintenance activities such as swage and water pips, etc.</li>
<li>Inform the direct supervisor of any problems or breakdowns noticed in MSF’s premises.</li>
<li>Inform the direct supervisor in the event of an incapacity to carry out the work requested which requires the intervention of a worker or specialized technician.</li>
<li>Help workers or specialized technicians if needed.</li>
<li>When work is planned, have a request for material approved by the direct supervisor then use the approved request form to collect material from the log store .</li>
<li>Carrying out gardening tasks and follow up with watchman , if needed.</li>
<li>Carrying and moving (Load and off load) equipment, furniture, etc, to support Logistics Department and other departments in the mission.</li>
<li>Help in new apartment receiving or hand over by supporting the inspection and reports.</li>
<li>Carry out annual services for tools and equipment in MSF premises (offices and apartments) such as AC , heating boiler system , water dispenser, etc.</li>
<li>Having validated Jordanian driving license as will be autonomous by driving the Pick-Up for his professional displacements.

<li>Carry out inventory of his/her tools and equipment every month and handing it over to his/her direct Supervisor</li>
<li>Use MSF standard Tools to perform his work.</li>
<li>Inform his/her direct supervisor of any losses, thefts or replacement needs.</li>
<li>Use tools and equipment placed at his/her disposition correctly.
<p><strong>Safety and Security</strong></p>
</li>
<li>Be a part of the Building Evacuation Plan team, as evacuator, rescue.. etc, as request of the Logistics supervisor .</li>
<li>Be aware of all security polices and respect it.</li>
<li>Maintain all safety and security equipment such as fire extinguishers, cameras, access doors,..etc, functioning in all times.
<p><strong>HVAC Services</strong></p>
</li>
<li>Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.</li>
<li>Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our activities</li>
<li>Must be proactive in ensuring that preventative maintenance of all equipment is done promptly to help prevent future problems with equipment. They dismantle equipment as necessary when needed to troubleshoot the system or ensure that the equipment is properly maintained.
<p><strong>Electrical works</strong></p>

<li>Carry out and update the electrical installations inventory in msf premisses</li>
<li>Elaborate the necessary documentation for carrying out energy installations projects (plans, list of materials, etc.).</li>

<p><h4>Job description</h4>
<p>Employee will be part of the deployment pool and will be required to support deployments to various CONUS/OCONUS locations, as required. This position will require the member to be flexible in the support of assigned deployment/work schedules.</p>
<p>Accounts for all materials and/or support equipment being shipped out of, and received, at the facility. Ensures parts due in from maintenance (DIFM) are properly tracked and takes appropriate actions to meet applicable deadlines. Keeps a running inventory of stock/equipment using appropriate software. Researches and orders parts, materials, and tools for use to ensure maintenance operational capabilities. Ensures the overall serviceability of all support equipment and related items. Keeps track of all assigned government property entering and leaving the facility. Processes paperwork, including filing DD-1149s, for all supply/support activities. Ensures proper allotment of material and/or equipment to appropriate maintenance personnel in support of maintenance operations.</p>
<p>USAF equivalent position is Supply Technician Journeyman.</p>
<h4>Essential responsibilities:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Performs warehousing and support program duties in support of maintenance operations within the site at the comprehensive level.</li>
<li>Assists in verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and damages.</li>
<li>Routes materials and parts to prescribed storage locations and/or facilities as needed for operational support.</li>
<li>Stores, stacks, or palletizes materials and/or equipment in accordance with applicable technical guidelines.</li>
<li>Rearranges and takes inventory of stored materials/equipment and documents within assigned database.</li>
<li>Performs the examination of stored materials and reports deterioration and damage; removes material from storage and prepares it for shipment.</li>
<li>May operate hand and/or power trucks and/or equipment in performing warehousing and support duties.</li>
<li>Performs miscellaneous quality assurance duties including CTK inspections, inventory process checks, inspecting and examining materials, article inspections, etc.</li>
<li>Supports supervisor with inventory management of decentralized and decontrolled items, including supplies and equipment in accordance with applicable AFIs.</li>
<li>Supervises, trains, and provides mentorship to subordinate personnel in support/supply functions.</li>

<h4>Minimum requirements:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Must have high school diploma or have completed relevant military and/or vocational technical school curriculum.</li>
<li>Minimum of three years actual supply/support experience and/or combination of related aircraft maintenance experience required.</li>
<li>Must possess comprehensive knowledge of governing supply and/or support systems/programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.</li>
<li>Must have the comprehensive analytical ability to define problems, collect necessary data, establish facts, and take recommended actions based upon applicable established guidelines.</li>
<li>Must be able to perform increment monitor duties to include but not limited to equipment/cargo preparation, documentation, pallet build-up, and hazardous cargo.</li>
<li>Must be familiar with computerized databases, spreadsheets, and computerized inventory management programs.</li>
