Legal adviser - Irbid Jordan

<p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage and follow up on Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and overdue loan accounts.</li><li>Handle loan collection and recovery activities, including challenging and high-risk cases.</li><li>Develop and implement effective collection and recovery strategies.</li><li>Conduct legal and administrative follow-up on delinquent and defaulted loans.</li><li>Negotiate with customers regarding repayment plans, settlements, and debt restructuring.</li><li>Follow up on legal cases and coordinate with relevant legal and internal departments when required.</li><li>Monitor collection progress and ensure the achievement of collection and recovery targets.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loan collection and recovery cases.</li><li>Handle difficult customer situations professionally while working toward successful recovery.</li><li>Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate recovery and settlement solutions.</li><li>Ensure all collection activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor s degree in Law is mandatory.</li><li>3 5 years of relevant experience in Non-Performing Loans, Loan Collection, Debt Collection, or Loan Recovery.</li><li>Previous experience in the banking or financing industry is required.</li><li>Candidates must be based in Irbid.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience handling challenging, complex, and high-risk collection cases.</li><li>Strong knowledge of loan recovery, collection procedures, legal follow-up, and debt settlement.</li><li>Strong practical market experience with a proven track record in the field.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle demanding collection cases.</li></ul><p>Required Skills</p><ul><li>Finance</li><li>Core Banking</li></ul><p>Job Details</p><ul><li>Location Irbid - Jordan</li><li>Industry Accounting &amp; Finance</li><li>Job Type Full-Time</li><li>Degree Bachelor</li><li>Experience 3- 5</li><li>Nationality Unspecified</li></ul>
