<p >Psychologists play a vital role in understanding and addressing mental and emotional well-being. They assess, contribute to diagnosis, and provide therapy for individuals dealing with psychological challenges. Their responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, offering counseling, implementing therapeutic techniques, and promoting overall mental health and well-being. Psychologists often collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and represent mental health awareness and interventions. They provide guidance and support to help individuals enhance their mental resilience and lead fulfilling lives.</p>

<p ><strong >MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<li >Provide evidence-based psychological assistance to support clients and their families with mental health and psychosocial issues.</li>
<li >Provide evidence-based psychological interventions and remain up to date on advances in the field of psychology.</li>
<li >Remain up to date with professional development opportunities.</li>
<li >Assist the case management teams in improving forms, care plans, and mapping of community support services.</li>
<li >Take on team coaching and mentoring of team members.</li>
<li >Organize the development of the initial care plan with a focus on any immediate safety concerns.</li>
<li >Participate in case conferences, supervision and training opportunities.</li>
<li >Develop and deliver training for staff on topics relevant to psychological practice, lay counseling, and case management.</li>
<li >Develop care plans that are individualized and mutually developed with the client.</li>
<li >Monitor ongoing care plan development with special attention to safety issues.</li>
<li >Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li >Conduct risk assessments and advise staff on carrying out risk assessments and the development of safety plans.</li>
<li >Coordinate the provision of case management and psychosocial services to clients, families, and significant others to enable these parties to deal with the impact of illness on individual family functioning and to achieve maximum benefits from services.</li>
<li >Evaluate client satisfaction and quality of care provided.</li>
<li >Offer direct therapeutic support for clients referred.</li>
<li >Perform other job-related duties as requested by the supervisor.</li>

<p ><strong >MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<ul >
<li >Master’s degree in clinical psychology, Psychology, Psychological Counseling, or Psychological and Educational Counseling.</li>
<li >At least three (3) years of experience working with NGOs.</li>
<li >Valid and active license to practice psychology in Jordan (mandatory).</li>
<li >At least one (1) year of experience in a similar role.</li>

<p>Job Description</p><p>Position</p><p>Manager – Finance & Accounts</p><p>Department - Finance & Accounts</p><p>Reports To - Head of Finance</p><p><strong>Job Summary -</strong> </p><p>The Manager – Finance & Accounts is responsible for leading the organization’s finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, taxation, treasury management, and internal controls. The role supports the Head of Finance by providing strategic financial insights, driving process improvements, and ensuring efficient financial operations across the organization.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><u>Financial Accounting & Reporting</u></p><ul><li><p>Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.</p></li><li><p>Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and the general ledger.</p></li><li><p>Present financial performance reports and recommendations to the Head of Finance Mandatory.</p></li><li><p>MBA (Finance), CMA, CPA, or other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.</p></li></ul><p>Experience</p><ul><li><p>Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant.</p></li><li><p>Experience in manufacturing, textile, apparel, FMCG, or similar industries is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, cost accounting, audits, and statutory compliance.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or
