As a Supply Chain Planner Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain from end to end and ensuring that the company has the resources necessary to meet customer demands. You will work closely with both sales and manufacturing teams to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies. Additionally, you will leverage your analytical skills to monitor inventory levels and make data-driven decisions that optimize the overall supply chain performance.

Job Description:

• Perform Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
• Collaborate with sales and manufacturing teams to understand demand forecast and production capacity.
• Conduct inventory analysis to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce carrying costs.
• Determine replenishment strategies and triggers based on demand patterns, lead times, and service level requirements.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations and establish targets.
• Develop and implement dashboards to monitor and track KPIs, providing actionable insights to management.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in supply chain management.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (CPIM or MIT Micromasters is a plus).
• 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related roles.
• Proven experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and principles.
• Familiarity with capacity planning and S&OP concepts.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change.
• Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and experience in creating dashboards to monitor performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant supply chain software tools. (SAP experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
