HR Generalist

  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential
  • Organizing training, administering employee benefits, and leaves
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies 
  • Entering data into HR information systems for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations with EKH rules
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Proven experience in working in human resources department. Understanding of general human resources policies and proceduresGood knowledge of employment/labor lawsOutstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (Oracle) will be a plusExcellent communication, interpersonal, organization, and time management skills.Additional HR training/diploma will be a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field. 2-3 years in Human Resources function.
