- Act as a voice of the customer capturing insights at every opportunity.
- Support supply acquisition by channels such as WhatsApp and Calling Campaigns.
- Manage strategic partnerships with third parties. e.g., Fleet Partners, Heroes, local suppliers, etc.
- Work on continuous improvement projects that can drive efficiency across multiple countries.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to more junior Field Sales Representatives.
2-3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a client-facingrole.Highly self-motivated & autonomous: understand what their goals are, strive to find more efficient ways of getting things done, and don’t require constant reminders to complete tasks.Action-oriented: ability to take practical action to deal with a problem or situation.People person: you love talking to people and getting them excited. You are good at coaching and mentoring other team members.Adaptable: ability to stay poised and organized in a fast-paced work environment.Fluency in English is a must.
