- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Publish financial statements in time.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance role.Experience in real estate.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis. Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Experience with general ledger functions. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
