Position Overview:
As an Accounting Manager (he/she), will play a key role in overseeing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. So, we need a strong background in accounting principles, Egyptian accounting standards and a proven track record of driving financial success.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
· Supervise a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support.
· Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
· Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
· Conduct regular financial analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies.
· Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
· Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
· Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and trends.
Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in accounting.· 7 - 10 years of experience in accounting field.· 5 years of experience in a similar position as an Accounting Manager.· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, EAS, regulations, and accounting best practices.· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.· Attention to detail and accuracy.· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.· Excellent communication, planning, problem solving and leadership skills.· Positive attitude, detailed-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
