- Manage the recruitment and selection process, and support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
- Conduct all payroll activities (Attendance, annual leave, exception, ….), prepare monthly allowance reports, and Prepare payment slabs on a monthly basis.
- Manage and oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Defining onboarding procedures aligned with our company’s culture.
- Developing the training plans for employees and the department.
- Tracking KPI's and suggesting improvements.
- Designing as well as implementing company policies in compliance with our long-term business goals.
BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.1-3 Years of Experience as an HR Generalist mainly handling Payroll, Personnel, and Employee Relations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent in Microsoft Office.
