- Make all bank transfers on time in accordance with the company’s payment policy
- Follow up on check collections, deposit them in banks before the due date, and prepare a report on returned checks (if any).
- Issuing checks to suppliers in accordance with the supplier’s payment policy
- Enter all accounting entries for banks and archive them
- Review bank balances daily
- Preparing the monthly bank settlement memorandum
- Follow up on bank interest and expenses
- Follow up on all bank account balances and verify their balances and their ability to cover obligations
- Review the banks’ trial balance and verify the monthly balances.
BS in Finance, Banking or relevant field .1-3 years’ of experience.Proven working experience in banking, personal banking, retail banking or financial services Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash drawers, receipt validators, money counters)Strong communication and time management skillsCustomer satisfaction-orientedAttention to detail and mathematical skills
