The Owner Representative serves as the primary liaison between the real estate development company (the "owner") and the project team, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. This position involves overseeing the successful delivery of development projects from inception to completion, ensuring that the owner’s goals, vision, and interests are fully represented. The Owner Representative manages project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and legal/regulatory compliance, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
