- Initiate campaigns with both internal and external designers and monitor their outcomes.
- Prepare the initial overall marketing events calendar.
- Work with creative designer to come up with design ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, brochures, profiles and other promotional materials.
- Prepare advertising stuff for online portal, newspapers and other sources.
- Oversee the designing of the booklet and RFP documents based on the technical specifications.
- Prepare for fairs and workshops (presentations, brochures, etc.)
- Support in building strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Follow up the marketing material, hard copy & brochures.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Oversee events to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and that they meet expectations.
- Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project
- Travel to onsite inspections and project managing events
- Perform any additional tasks that will be related to this job.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.Excellent command of English language written and spoken.Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.Strong copywriting skills.
