Customer Support is Required

  • give all needed support to already existing customers by quick responses (max 3 working days if there’s a technical issue) to customers’ inquiries or complaints.
  • add new trainees to the system.
  • follow up with other departments such as development and QA to achieve a high level of support to the clients and to assure that all problems solved.
  • prepare reports upon clients’ requests.
  • prepare user manuals, FAQs.
  • contact the clients by telephone if needed to explain the solutions and take feedback.
