A Leading roadside assistance company is looking for Customer services to work with our team in our call center in Amman.
What You’ll Do
- Provide the highest level of verbal and written customer support.
- Coordinate towing services in urgent and non-urgent situations when needed
- Evaluate the needs of our members and work in a creative, pro-active manner to resolve roadside issues with member vehicles.
- Determine best course of action for roadside events.
- Accurately record issues and data into system.

- Flexible schedule; this team runs 24/7/365 to accommodate our customer’s needs.
- Basic computer skills (MS Windows, Office, and E-mails).

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 10 Hour shift, Monday to Saturday.
Salary: Training period 550JD, after 90 Days 750JD (based on experience)
