Job description

  • We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with a strong focus on handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • This role is pivotal in maintaining excellent customer relationships and enhancing the effectiveness of our billing and collections processes.
  • The position is available for remote work or can be based in our Molave, Philippines office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Calls:
  • Efficiently handle incoming customer calls.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns and queries regarding billing and collections.
  • Outbound Calls:
  • Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on billing issues, collections, and customer service inquiries.
  • Inform customers about billing details and any necessary information related to their accounts.
  • Email Correspondence:
  • Manage customer service-related email communications.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer emails.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Record Keeping:
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Collaboration and Compliance:
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards in all customer interactions.
