Job Description
Under the guidance and supervision of the Restaurant Manager, and within the limits of the standard, the F&B Captain is responsible for all service matters including guest satisfaction and the control of the service flow in his area of service,
- Is responsible from his/her station or section in terms of service and guest satisfaction.
- Directs the waiter/tress for an efficient service.
- Enhances the guest satisfaction by dealing with them professionally.
- Handles the guest complaints and requests of the station or section.
- Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities
- Proper grooming at all times
- To attend training classes as per schedule
- Shows fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments
- Interdepartmental Co-operation (Team work)
- Going beyond the call of duty to satisfy guest needs
- Highest level of proficiency in dealing with customers
- Eye for detail
