We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Video Editor to join our team in Amman, Jordan. As a Lead Video Editor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire video editing process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality videos that meet our clients' expectations. You will work closely with our clients and creative team to understand their vision and provide creative input to enhance the final product.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage short-form video editing projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and delivery.
2. Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure high-quality and engaging output.
3. Collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations
4. Oversee the work of editors, animators, and other production staff.
5. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
6. Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure video production is cutting-edge.
8. Conduct thorough quality checks on each video to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
9. Edit videos to maintain and enhance production quality.
10. Address and fill any gaps that may arise within the team to ensure seamless operations.
11. Continuously develop content by identifying new trends and styles to increase viewership and engagement.
12. Perform data analysis and tracking to measure performance and inform strategic decisions.
13. Manage and direct the team effectively to achieve goals.

Skills

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe After effects and Adobe Premiere Pro .
• Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and visual aesthetics
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• Minimum 3 years of experience in color correction, sound design, and other post-production techniques
