Core Responsibilities:
- Maintains cleanliness of all Dining Utensils, to ensure that the level of hygiene is maintained.
- Maintains cleanliness of Restaurant and Storage Areas, to ensure that the level of hygiene is maintained.
- Assists Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience, to ensure the best services are provided.
- Assists guests with menu items in a helpful way, to ensure the best services are provided.
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage, to ensure public safety.
- Sweeps, mops and polished restaurant, wash down bar; clean and polish equipment, to ensure that the level of hygiene is maintained.
- Make sure all areas of the bars and restaurants are clean, including sideboards, to ensure that the level of hygiene is maintained.
- Stock and tidy up Store Room, to ensure that everything is in its proper place.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Diploma in hospitality or any related discipline.
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional areas in the Stewarding department.
