Job Title: After Sales Support Associate

Job Responsibilities: 

• Plan & coordinate all Service Center activities & requirements.

• Handling & processing service requests internally & externally.

• Greet and welcome customers and professionally handle their requests.

• Processing customer orders, and transactions including billing & deliveries.

• Prepare proposals for customer inquiries.

• Generate service sales leads.

• Organizing & filing all documents related to the Service Center department.

Education: Bachelor's degree of related experience 

Location: Amman, Jordan

Experience: 0 - 2 years, experience of in customer service or sales is preferred

Requirements and skills

• Clear & persuasive communication & speaking skills

• Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Organizational and leadership skills

• Confident, enthusiastic & willing to learn

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Professional attitude and appearance

Languages: Arabic, English

Employment Type: Full Time

Working Days: Saturday – Thursday

Working Time: Summer Time: 8:00 – 17:30

Winter Time: 8:00 – 17:00
