Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for dental procedures by making them comfortable and providing any necessary instructions.
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment.
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with updating dental charts.
- Ensure the operatory is clean and well-stocked before and after procedures.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-procedure care.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the clinic.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and processing insurance claims.
