Customer Service (Evening Shift, Male)
As a Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries, concerns, or issues. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution
Preferred Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience is mostly preferred.
