Unbox, an innovative online clothing brand established in 2019, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our team in maintaining seamless operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all company activities are well-coordinated and that our employees remain on track with their tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
•Meeting Management: Schedule, organize, and take detailed minutes for all company meetings, ensuring follow-ups and action items are clearly communicated and tracked.
•Task Coordination: Regularly follow up with employees on their assigned duties, ensuring deadlines are met and work quality is maintained.
•Calendar Management: Oversee and manage executive and company-wide calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while anticipating any potential conflicts.
•Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and the flow of information.
•Project Management: Assist in managing projects by tracking milestones, ensuring deadlines are met, and reporting on progress.
•Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing documentation.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
•Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
