The System Developer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing IT systems and solutions that meet the business needs of the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, designing efficient systems, coding, testing, and supporting applications.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, including experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, and strong analytical skills to ensure that the systems developed are both functional and aligned with business objectives.
System Development:
- Utilize Microsoft Power Apps to build custom business applications.
- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and insights.
- Understanding of software release cycles and versioning strategies
- Precision in coding, testing, and reviewing to ensure high-quality releases
- Experience with testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
System Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and system designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, system impact analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Develop and document detailed system and technical specifications.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, designs, and code.
- Prepare regular reports on system performance, development progress, and project status.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills : MS Power BI, SQL, python, Power App, Power Automate, MySQL, API
- 1-2 years of experience in system analysis, design, and software development.
- 2-3 years Proven experience with programming languages such as Python, .Net, PHP or similar.
- Experience with database management systems like SQL, My SQL.
- Good experience in MS power App, Power Automate, SharePoint and Power BI.
- Design develops, test, document and deploy application extensions using system API and 3rd party.
- Preferably that has basic experience in mobile app development.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
