Position Overview: Numiera is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Brand Sales/Beauty Advisor to join our team at our duty-free shop section. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty products, exceptional sales skills, and a dedication to providing top-tier customer service. This role is essential in representing Numiera’s brand values and driving sales within a vibrant, international setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome and engage travelers, offering tailored beauty/well being  advice and product recommendations to suit their individual needs and preferences.
• Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling techniques, ensuring customers leave with a memorable Numiera Brand experience.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Numiera’s product range and stay updated on the latest beauty trends and innovations.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure that product displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and reflect Numiera’s brand aesthetics and guidelines.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to continually enhance product knowledge and sales expertise.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control processes, including regular stock checks, replenishment, and organization to maintain optimal product availability.
• Compliance: Adhere to all duty-free regulations and Numiera’s policies to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
• Flexible Hours: Duty free open 24/7 with a 3 shifts system. 

Skills

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in cosmetics sales or a retail environment is preferred, preferably at QAIA.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Passion: A genuine passion for beauty and cosmetics, with an enthusiasm for staying current with industry trends and products.
• Appearance: Present a polished and professional appearance, embodying Numiera’s brand image and values.
• Languages: Arabic and English is a Must.
