Job Summary: The Client Care Specialist plays a vital role in our organization by managing client interactions and addressing their needs related to medical billing. In addition to contacting health insurance companies to verify patients' benefits, and to resolve billing issues. This includes confirming insurance coverage details, eligibility, and ensuring that all required information are obtained. Your role is crucial in ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely information regarding their benefits, which directly impacts their overall experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling in/out bound calls with patients and health insurance companies.
- Verify the patient's eligibility and benefits with the health insurance.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of client-related transactions.
- Collaborate with the billing and collections teams to address any account discrepancies.
- Accurately record all verified information in the patient’s account, ensuring that details are updated and reflect the most current data.
Skills
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in client care, customer service, or a related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Advanced computer and Excel skills; ability to deal with different software/technologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, high accuracy, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Related degree, and preferred (Industrial/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering).
