An engineering and contracting company serving the Heavy Industry in Jordan and the region is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support management with administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or Languages.
- Proficient in spreadsheets, word processing, and database management software.
- Strong English language skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation).
- Experience in documentation, communication, and information management.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
- Customer service orientation, initiative, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable with stress tolerance.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Maintain schedules, calendars, filing systems, and databases.
- Handle mail and internal/external communication.
- Develop and maintain office systems and work procedures.
