Scope of Work:

• Strong hands-on experience with Banner modules such as Student, MEOLA, ESM, etc. 
• Administer and manage Ellucian Banner application installations, configurations, upgrades, and patches. 
• Install Testing environment for Banner and replicate the configurations and data from Production environment 
• Experience in Banner migration from version 8 to 9 
• Perform routine monitoring and tuning of Ellucian Banner applications and performance. 
• Install, compile and maintain Banner jobs 
• Set up load balancing and configure SSL certificates for secure data transmission across Banner applications. 
• Integrate Ellucian Banner with third-party applications like Blackboard and custom applications 
• Manage Banner Identity Server to manage user authentication across systems. 
• Experience with web technologies including Angular, Hibernate, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful Web Services
• Experience in development tools such as Gradle and Git. 
• Experience with Banner Extensibility tools, Banner Customization, Banner APIs 
• Experience in Oracle database development and PL/SQL 
• Experience in reports development using SSRS 
• Create and manage vendor support tickets and change requests. 

Skills

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Ellucian Banner 8 and 9 administration and support. 
• Provide on-call support and availability for urgent issues as part of a regular or off-hours schedule.
• Good communication skills
