Job Purpose
Responsible for collecting data and reporting on the impact of Museum's programs, projects and activities, as well as ensuring that all departments develop and use monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools and that high-quality data is collected and reported.
Duties and Responsibilities
Functional Duties:
- To collect M&E data using applied tools and analyze them against outcomes to draw out learned lessons and implications.
- To collect data from the Museum’s beneficiaries (whether they are children, parents, groups’ chaperons, donors…) through different channels (face-to-face, comment cards, over the phone, through emails,…
- To collect data from the Museum’s staff when needed for processes enhancements
- Handle visitor’s complaints and feedback in a professional manner, and take the appropriate actions to resolve any urgent issues.
- To handle visitor’s complaints discreetly.
- To ensure that all the data collected is accurate and properly organized.
- To work closely with the M&E Officer to collect data and follow up on beneficiaries’ complaints and feedback.
- To ensure that all functions comply with M&E standards.
- To perform other job-related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications and Communications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
- (1-3) Years of experience in a related field
- Excellent command of English; spoken and written.
- Native Arabic speaker

Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
