Job Vacancy: Warehouse Supervisor & Production Coordinator

Job Description:  

We are a leading fertilizer company seeking a dedicated and skilled Chemist with a BSc degree in Chemistry to join our team. 

This role will be based at our factory and will involve both warehouse management and active participation in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warehouse Management:  

  - Oversee and manage the warehouse, ensuring that materials are properly stored and accounted for.

  - Coordinate the inventory of raw materials and finished products to ensure smooth operations.

  - Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all incoming and outgoing materials.

  - Work closely with the production team to ensure that the right materials are available at the right time.

Production Coordination:

- Assist in the production process, ensuring the efficient use of materials and adherence to quality standards.

  - Monitor and control the quality of raw materials and products during the production process.

  - Participate in the preparation and adjustment of chemical formulations for fertilizer production.

  - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during the production process.

- Documentation & Reporting:  

  - Maintain accurate records of warehouse stock, production processes, and material usage.

  - Prepare reports related to inventory, production progress, and material consumption.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field.

- Knowledge of warehouse operations and chemical processes in production (experience in a similar role is a plus).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in a fertilizer or chemical manufacturing environment.

- Basic understanding of inventory management systems.

- Ability to manage safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
