Taj Al Safa Real Estate Development Company is urgently looking for a “Contract Engineer” to join immediately as per the following:
Technical Duties
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies for future contracts.
- Ensure that contract strategies, tenders, contracts, and variations are in full compliance with QP’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with contract procedures and support project execution procedures.
- Be the point of contract and expert EPC contract and manage the EPC contractor effectively in line with the contracts
- Review EPC contractors’ invoices and prepare progress payment certificates with cost control, costs, forecasts, and requests for extras
- Performing site surveys and system designs; preparing specifications, presentations, and documentation.
- Prepare responses to queries raised by the contractor and develop and manage a system for expediting responses to letters raised by the contractor and PMT.
- Comprehensive administration of the contract of the project, ensuring the parties property fulfill their obligations and responsibilities in a fully auditable manner
- Responsible for internal reporting of all commercial and contractual issues
- Ensure that the project has clear deliverables through handover meetings with the process team ( estimating, design, commercial, procurement, plant, and operations) and ensure monitoring and compliance through the use of KPIs
Skills & Abilities
- Administrative Functions: Data Collection, Analysis, and Defined Research.
- Financial Management: setting financial parameters, drafting bids, and managing budgets.
- Compliance and documentation: organizing records, overseeing contract execution, and ensuring all legal requirements are met.

Qualifications / Certificates
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 3 Years of experience in a related field
