Job Brief:
Responsible for GSM, tracking and connectivity retention and/ or acquire new corporate accounts, in order to retain and expand the portfolio, reduce the churn and maintain the relationship needed to ensure target goals are met and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide the customers with high-level service (GSM, Tracking and connectivity) and follow up with other departments to maintain the level of service.
- Grow the portfolio by achieving monthly sales target, through various communication channels such as phone calls and field visits.
- Retain current customers and maintain long-term relationships by ensuring customers’ satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone calls and field visits.
- Manage relationships with the customers during the customers’ journey map through sales reporting system.
- Achieve new sales target through various communication channels such as phone calls and field visits.
- perform other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
